What is the % of nicotine in tang noir? 0.5%? Will noir kick my ass?

You should better take baby steps. Firstly try some washed tobacco like lucid or al fakher and then try to go for stronger ones. Why is it that unwashed are SO much better?
Anyway since you liked herbal going to AF will blow you away. Then try some tangiers noir.

Thanks Duke. I'm assuming its the place at like Lawrence and Warden? Biggest problem is that I can't trek out there without a car. I live right downtown. What coals do they carry and how much?

Try two layers of heavy duty foil. Use pin holes through-out the foil layer. Red hot natural coals. Good cold water in the vase. Rotate the coals for heat management. Should be a pleasant smoke.

Isn't that the amount of nicotine in say a cigar or one of them primetimes? I've smoked cigars and prime times back in the day. I wonder what the nicotine content in that is. I have yet to make the jump from lucid to their noir line kind of hesitant but I figure a cigar has more nicotine in it. So I should be ok right?

It took me honestly a few sessions to get use to it, but then again, I'm a big guy, and I get used to things pretty fast.

Those first time buzzes though, man, those first time buzzes...

a quick way to find out if you are sensitive to nicotine would be to pack a bowl of nakla or tangiers.... lol you'll find out real fast.

I've been smoking AF for a long time now, and every now and then I'll feel a little bit nauseous. It can just come for a variety of factors - not drinking any water, coals not fully lit, etc... I just have to watch myself. If I find that I'm smoking a lot and never putting the hose down for a minute or so then that's when I tend to start feeling crappy. Just give it another try and you'll be fine - as long as it's not an allergy.
