Default Electric Coal Concept

Electric coals have been made fun of repeatedly as ineffective for a good session. The usual answer is that these provide constant heat output while coals dump out variable heat (200 degrees when not used, 400 degrees when you draw). My new project will be using an electric bowl to provide constant heat at 200 degrees. I plan on designing an electric coal to place on top. Basically an inverted ashtray type vessel with vape coils attached on the inside. Place upside down on your bowl, wire a button that attaches to the mouthpiece and there ya go. Constant heat with variable heat on demand. The trick will be using a top coil that provides heat fast enough the way coco coals do.
I'll update y'all when I get it rolling.

Ive never seen a version that worked for shit and Theyre always unstable due to the cord. A battery operated version might be interesting.

My thought is to take a 33mm electronic coal (which is already produced) and then make a high resistance vape coil to go around it. Lay these two on a circle of ceramic with plenty of holes in them. The cord would be attached to the hookah by zip ties or duct tape (redneck it up). A push button with two wires would attach to the handle and be used to fire the homemade coil. A box mod would keep the temperature at optimum levels and allow for experimentation.
The 33mm electronic coal would keep the shisha at approx 200-300 degrees Fahrenheit and the homemade coil would boost it to 400-600 degrees.
To make this I'll need:
-33mm Electronic Coal
-Temperature Control pass through Box Mod
-Resistance Wire (already got it)
-Glazed Ceramic circle with holes poked in the middle
It'll probably run me $50 bucks plus the box mod. It won't look pretty for the first one but I can change that as I go...maybe go as far as drilling holes in a hollow KM to run the wires through?
Edit: the cord would go through the ceramic to keep it stable.

All you need is to add an electric heater to the Kaloud Lotus and provide autonomous operation within the set time.

I've thought about doing that. Reading up on studies though that is worse health wise than using QLs. The sustained high temperature is a no go.
