Re: Vaping with my KM Hookah

IMO, Five Pawns is overpriced, especially if you aren't using a flavor-focused device. I haven't tried the other ones so can't comment.

For price, VapeWild is good.

For quality/flavor, I like...

Re: ex hookah, current vapor... thinking about going back

I much prefer whiskey to vodka. And SUVs to sedans. And bikes to skateboards... etc. That doesn't make people who feel otherwise stupid, and I certainly don't go on vodka/sedan/skateboard forums and...

Re: ex hookah, current vapor... thinking about going back

iStick 50w plus Kanger Subtank Mini is a good start, or get any 50+ watt regulated box mod and a rebuildable dripping atomizer (RDA).

For juice, try out Bombies, or Vapewild if you want to go...

Re: What is the best bowl for the kaloud lotus?

Tangiers Small is the perfect bowl for Kaloud Lotus.

Re: Vaping Setups for Starters (with Links)

3.6 volts into a .5 ohm coil is ~26 watts. I run my subtank at 20w and its great. That means I could run the full life of the battery and get 20+w out of the Subtank. I don't personally like...

Re: Vaping Setups for Starters (with Links)

No problem with having TOO MUCH power. Better to have too much than too little. That being said, I have a 100w device and never go beyond 50 with a dripper, and never go over 25w with a tank.

The...

Re: My 2015 Vaping Predictions

Definitely stick to dripping though. I drip when I'm at home, and have a Subtank for when I'm driving and on breaks at work. I haven't touched my Billow, Kayfun, or Lemo since I got the subtank - no...

Re: Sigelei 100w plus vs smoktech BT50W

To be fair, I typically buy clones. I have an authentic Patriot, but that's the only authentic RBA I own.

Re: Vaping Setups for Starters (with Links)

Depends on what shops are in your area. I'm in a smallish city and we have several B&Ms that have good prices. Sure, you pay a 5-10% premium over online shopping, but you can actually check out the...

Re: Wotofo Freakshow

Zamplebox is overrated IMO. For the price, you can sample juices you pick rather than whatever they give you. Unless they've tailored the process where you can curate what you like - when I was a...

Re: Sigelei 100w plus vs smoktech BT50W

Dark Horse is good, but I think the Mutation X beats it out. Larger juice capacity, easier to build on, great airflow. I haven't touched my Dark Horse since I got it.

Re: The Tangiers Megathread: Tangiers goes Here

Tanny - Eric has said that Birquq takes 2/3 the amount of coal as Noir. So if you typically use four halves (2 full coals) on Noir, drop it down to 3 halves for birquq and see if that helps.

Re: DNA40 is a Game Changer

I finally got a DNA 40 device - Hana dual 18650 box. I'm running a 12 wrap 28g single coil on a Little Boy RDA, and it's really nice. Good, consistent flavor, no burning, no dry hits. I also have my...

Re: Aspire Atlantis/Kanger Subtank

As a followup, I got a subtank - and haven't used my Atlantis once since. They coils seem superior, with actual cotton all the way through. I haven't tried out the RBA deck, but I'm probably going to...

Re: Hookah-Shisha would like your input on a somewhat controversial topic

Over the past 8 months I've moved into a new home, and switched almost completely from hookah to vaping. A big catalyst for that was in order to not have burn holes all over my carpet :D But it was...

Re: Aspire Atlantis/Kanger Subtank

I agree with you here. I haven't tried the subtank, but I do have an Atlantis. I like it for when I just want to pop in a coil and go, but it doesn't stand up to my Kayfun/Lemo/Russian/Billow. Clouds...

I have a Cana enclosure I don't use anymore... Might see if I can put a DNA40 in it.

Re: DNA40 is a Game Changer

What's BAP?

Does the DNA40 handle coils with tons of wraps better with the preheat (or whatever its called) feature? I love the idea of the surface area of 14 wraps, but normally that would take...

Re: DNA40 is a Game Changer

I will definitely be picking one up when the price comes down. I would love a dual 18650 dna40 mod, but I can't justify $300.

Re: Cloud Chasing Thread!

When I want to pump the clouds - which isn't often - I rock:
Sigelei 100w around 50w
Dark Horse @ .8 ohms
Wide Bore DH tip

That thing chucks. I have to use 0mg or it hits me too hard lol.
